Hola,

 

We just recently hired a new IT Systems and Admin whom we would love to help out with automation and integrations of Personio with other tools. We are working on an onboarding workflow and would love to include them in the process, however I am not able to give them access to this part without giving them access to all the info. Is there a work around here?

Before I go into your question, I want to let you know that Personio also offers an international Community which is in English, there you can get support from other English speaking Personio user, just go to community.personio.com.

Now to answer your questions.

Depending on the integration or setting you are planing to involve your new IT colleague, you can create an additional employee role with only specific access rights for the configuration of Personio.

You can set this up by navigation to Settings > Employee Roles > Access Rights > Account Configuration.
