In our company, we have employees who are employed in Italy. They are entitled to a specific type of leave (e.g. Ex Festività), which can be taken on an hourly basis rather than in full days.
➡️ Is it possible to request and manage leave on an hourly basis in Personio?
➡️ If yes, how have you set this up in your system?
➡️ Do you have any best practices or things to consider (e.g. workflows, settings, time tracking, etc.)?
