Hi everyone, we have an entity in Spain and need to draft all relevant working guidelines and policies that clarifies all topics regarding:

  • Holidays

  • Annual working hours

  • Travel

  • Time tracking

  • Remote work policy

  • Digital disconnection policy

  • Workplace harassment protocol

  • Sexual harassment protocol

  • LGTBI protocol

  • Communication regarding the management of sick leave

 

Who has to done something similar and would like to exchange on this topic or has recommendations on how to get to these policies (besides ChatGPT search :-)

Hi ​@Yvonne Riedel,

We don’t have our own entity in Spain but I have some experience with setting up new entities in other countries.

We usually try to look for a provider who can help us with that as often it includes employment law specifics and I'd rather be legally thorough with these things. They usually also have templates available that you can use.

What I’ve done in the past too is taking an existing policy from an other country as the “basis” and adjusted the things I found out myself but then had a legal team or lawyer verify it.
