Ability to track (initial) response time as a KPI via Personio? (Recruiting Report)

Hi all, 

as one of our Recruiting KPIs is the initial response rate to applicants of a max of 3 days, it would be amazing to be able to directly track this via Personio on a monthly basis. 

With the actual reports, this is not possible to export it (besides checking the applications overview with “days in phase x” which is very manually). 

Does anyone have a similar problem and maybe another workaround?

I would recommend the application data export here. 

There you can see the different stages the candidates have been assigned to and when they have been assigned to another stage. 

Fundamental for this is, that you changed the stages after answering the candidate.
