Dear Community,
Since 1 July, the international Voyager Community (community.personio.com) is now part of our larger, multilingual home here at community.personio.de, and as of 12 August 2026, all content has moved across here too.
One home for thousands of Personio users and HR professionals across Europe. And language won't be a barrier: the whole community, interface and posts alike, can be read in English, German or Spanish with a click.
☑️ What you need to do, if you previously had a community.personio.com account.
Depending on whether you already also had an account here on community.personio.de, there are two cases (🅰️ / 🅱️).
Not sure whether 🅰️ or 🅱️ applies to you? Just try logging in over here (top right). If it doesn't work, just reset your password (see below).
🅰️ You did NOT yet have an account on community.personio.de?
→ We've created a new one for you. Your to-dos:
- 🔑 Set a new password (from 1 July).
Your .com password didn't carry over. If you haven’t yet, set a new one here: reset password. Takes under a minute. - 👋 Log in and look around (from 1 July). Welcome! Your account is ready. Your posts, likes, badges and groups have all been transferred.
🅱️ You had an account on BOTH community.personio.de AND community.personio.com?
→ Your two accounts were merged, and only your .de account stays.
- 👋 Just log in as usual over here. Keep using your existing .de account and password. Forgot your password? Reset it here.
- ✅ Your .com content has been added to your .de profile. All your activity in one account.
ℹ️ Note: from Monday 10 August 12:00 to Tuesday 11 August 12:00 CEST, Community email notifications (mentions, replies, activation mails, password resets) were briefly paused. If you were expecting one from around that time and never got it, that's why. Try the action again now that everything's back to normal.

Did I lose my posts and likes history?
Nope! Everything's here. Your account moved on 1 July, and your content followed on 12 August.
Why does my new username end with _1 or _2 ?
If someone in the .de community already had your username, we had to make a small adjustment. Prefer something different? Just email us at community@personio.de and we'll change it for you.
I already have an account on community.personio.de, what happens?
You're already set up! Keep using this account on .de. Your .com contributions have now been added to that account.
Will the community be in English?
You can switch the whole community (interface and posts) between English, German and Spanish with one click.
What happens to the old community.personio.com?
It now redirects automatically to the matching page here, so any old bookmarks or links will take you to the right place.
What happened to my private messages from .com?
For privacy reasons, private messages from community.personio.com were not carried over to community.personio.de. Users were informed and given three weeks' notice to save their DMs before the window closed. Your .de private messages are unaffected.
