Convert monthly salaries into annual salaries

Dear community,

Do you know a charming way to change the already stored monthly salary in the employee profile into an annual salary without adjusting it manually? If the adjustment is made for several employees, the manual effort seems quite high to me.

Maybe you have a tip for me or know if Personio can do this?

Hi @Niklas Meyer,

currently the only option to change monthly salaries to yearly salaries is, as you describe, adjusting it in the individual employee profile.

There is already a quite similar idea, you can upvote:

Since you submitted your idea in English, I recommend you take a look at the International Personio Community at community.personio.com.
There you have the opportunity to exchange ideas in English with other English-speaking customers, and you can also submit ideas in English.
