Der Stundensatz für unsere Mitarbeitenden ändert sich zum Ersten des Monats. Dennoch läuft unser Abrechnungszeitraum vom 15. des Vormonats bis zum 14. des aktuellen Monats. In Personio haben wir nur die Möglichkeit, eine Stundenanzahl einzugeben, wobei der Stundensatz angewendet wird, der für den aktuellen Monat gilt. Da wir die Arbeitszeit nicht in Personio erfassen, können wir keine Möglichkeit finden, zwei verschiedene Stundenmengen für zwei unterschiedliche Stundensätze einzugeben.
Habt Ihr eine Lösung für uns? Hattet Ihr auch dieses Problem?

The hourly rate for our employees is changing with the first of the month. Nevertheless, our Payroll cycle is from the 15th of the previous months till to the 14th of the current month. In Personio we only have the poissibility to give in an amount of hours and the hourly rate is the one that is applying for the current month. As we are not tracking the working time in Personio, we connot find a possibility to give in 2 amounts of working hours for 2 different hourly rates. Do you have a solution for us? Did you also have this issue?
