Hallo zusammen,

Hi together,

we are starting to use esignature and I am questioning how someone can keep track on requested signatures w/o being an admin. Is there any setting I can make to ensure that at least an email with the signed document (likewise to the people who sign) is sent to the initiator of the signature?

Hi @Newie,

you can create a workflow to be informed about the signature of the document. You can select each role in the notifications as Recipient.
For us, it looks like this:

It is only important that the recipient has access to the respective document category.

Thanks for helping, even in English @SarahHen!

@Newie please note this is the German-speaking Voyager Community, so we need all the postings to be in German, so all members can understand. However, we also have an English-speaking Community too, if you prefer to communicate in English.

Thanks for understanding!
Kindly,

Lucie
