Q: Can we create reports for applicants with filters like demographics, age, salary expectations, etc. for a specific position
A: Currently, you can filter reports by some attributes like gender or tags. But donât worry, more filterable attributes are in the works! đ ïž

Q: Will the reporting dashboard be customizable? Can we change the order of reports and save them as a default?
A: Customizable dashboards are coming! Soon, youâll be able to adjust configurations of existing charts and add new ones. đ
Q: What actions can we automate with Workflow Automation aside from approvals?
A: We offer 30+ workflow templates for key HR tasks like automated reminders and notifications. Popular templates include the Document Upload Reminder and Supervisor Absence Notification. âïž

Q: Will changes in the performance module apply to existing cycles, or do we need to set them up again? When do the changes go live?
A: No need to restart your cycles! Weâll activate the new features in your draft cycles, and theyâll keep their current configurations. â
