👋I am Elena and I am a User Experience Researcher at Personio. Together with the product teams, I am working on making Personio better for you. I am looking for your help to understand your wishes, challenges and needs related to Access Rights Management

Who am I looking for?

  • HR Admins
  • Current Personio user
  • Responsible for setting up and managing Access Rights Management in Personio
  • Working at an organization with about 200 employees or more
  • ideally working in at an organization with multiple locations or legal units (not an exclusion criteria)

If the following criteria apply to you, I would love to hear your feedback on some changes we are considering to Access Rights Management in a call.  If you meet some, but not all of the criteria, and still have encountered significant challenges with Access Rights Management, please write to me directly as I would still like to hear about your experience.

  • Interview timeline: August 5th - October 3rd
  • Duration: approximately 45 minutes
  • Language: English or German
  • Sign up: Please register using this link and choose the best time for you. If none of the available slots suit you, please let me know what time is better for you and we can find a way to make it work. After selecting a call time, you will receive a link with an invitation to a Google Meet call.

Why should you participate?
Access Rights are key to the foundation of how Personio is experienced by your organization. We are currently working on improving the set up and management of Access Rights. We know that managing Access Rights is complex and we want to understand your needs, challenges and wishes to ensure that our new solution provides value for you.

Help us shape the future of Personio!

Questions?
Please comment on this post or write to me directly and I will get back to you quickly.

Warm wishes,
Elena

@Moe - I promise I did look this morning!  We haven’t got more than 200 employees so I didn’t think I could be helpful.  Thanks, Sally

@Moe Thanks for tagging me, unfortunately we’re just at about 100 employees at the moment. 🙃

@Moe  - thanks Moe, but we are also at the 100 employee mark, so too small!

No worries at all, @SalC @HRJoy @SabbuSchreiber !

As @Elena Ilioi mentioned, if you don’t meet all of the criteria but still have experienced some issues with Access Rights Management, you can always message her directly with your feedback 😄

Hey - we are 205 and growing, so I think my feedback might be valuable - we have 10 locations / entities, so this should also be a plus.

Looking forward to it @Elena Ilioi ! And thanks for including me, @Moe!

Best wishes

Rali

Signed up already - thanks @Moe Your tag was helpful as I wasn’t aware that this was happening and access management is a bugbear of mine with Personio.

Salewa
