Hi Community, 

I am Mona, Product Manager in the area of absence management 🌴📆
We are working on better representing and managing of employees going on a (long term) leave —be it parental leave, maternity leave, or a sabbatical—in the system. This includes topics like the proration of absence entitlement, salary, and changed to the employee profile status. Currently, our solution is rather static, but we want to make it configurable to better meet your requirements.

Are you working in HR and responsible for absence settings and have experience in managing employees before, during, or after a (long-term) leave period?
Then we need you! Help us make the world of absences in Personio even better!
