One of the things we are working on improving at the moment are key areas of the Recruiting module, and we need your expertise to make informed decisions. Your input will help us refine features and better align them with your daily needs.

- How are you currently using the custom (saved) views in the application list?
- What tasks and workflows are you covering with a dedicated saved view?
- What are the columns that are important for you to be displayed in the general application list and how/does this differ if you were only looking for the applications for the specific job?
- What works well, and what could be improved?
2️⃣ Candidate Management:
- Tell us what is your workflow for an efficient candidate management process, that also ensures the great candidate experience?
- How do you collaborate with your hiring team throughout the process?
- What is your preferred way of screening inbound applications? What are the most important factors here?
- What’s your approach to structuring evaluation forms and debriefing after interviews? How does this help in making hiring decisions?
