Since 1 July, the international Voyager Community (community.personio.com) is now part of our larger, multilingual home here at community.personio.de.
One home for thousands of Personio users and HR professionals across Europe. And language won't be a barrier: the whole community, interface and posts alike, can be read in English, German or Spanish with a click.
☑️ What you need to do, if you previously had a community.personio.com account.
Depending on whether you already also had an account here on community.personio.de, there are two cases (🅰️ / 🅱️).
Not sure whether 🅰️ or 🅱️ applies to you? Just try logging in over here (top right). If it doesn't work, just reset your password (see below).
🅰️ You did NOT yet have an account on community.personio.de?
→ We've created a new one for you. Your to-dos:
- 🔑 Set a new password (from 1 July).
Your .com password didn't carry over. Set a new one here: reset password. Takes under a minute. - 👋 Log in and look around (from 1 July). Welcome! Your account is ready. Your posts, likes, badges and groups follow over the coming weeks, so don't worry if your profile looks a little empty right now. It's all on its way.
🅱️ You had an account on BOTH community.personio.de AND community.personio.com?
→ Your two accounts were merged, and only your .de account stays.
- 👋 Just log in as usual over here. Keep using your existing .de account and password. Nothing here changes. Forgot your password? Reset it here.
- ➕ Your .com content comes later. Your posts and likes from .com will be added to your existing .de profile in late July. If your profile is looking empty, don’t worry: we're migrating your .com content over to your .de account in late July.
🅰️ & 🅱️ For both cases:
💬 Optional: save your private messages on .com (by 15 July). For privacy reasons, private messages weren't carried over from .com to .de. This old site stays open in read-only, so please save anything you'd like to keep by 15 July. Here's your inbox on .com. (Your .de private messages are untouched.)

- For a few weeks: this old site stays open in read-only so you can still browse past content
- End of July: your posts, likes and the rest of your content arrive at your .de account
❓ Questions & answers
Will I lose my posts and likes history?
Nope! Everything comes across. Your account moved first (on 1 July). Then, your posts, likes, badges and groups follow over the coming weeks. If your profile looks empty at first, don’t worry, it’s on its way.
Why is my profile empty when I log in?
Because your account moves before your content does. Posts and likes arrive when we merge content in late July.
Why does my new username end with _1 ?
If someone in the .de community already had your username, we had to make a small adjustment. Prefer something different? Just email us at community@personio.de and we'll change it for you.
I already have an account on community.personio.de, what happens?
You're already set up! Keep using that account on .de. Your contributions from the .com community will be transferred here when we merge content in late July.
Will the community be in English?
You can switch the whole community (interface and posts) between English, German and Spanish with one click.
What happens to the old community.personio.com?
It stays open in read-only for a few weeks in July so you can still browse. Then, it redirects to the new home once everything's merged.
