Hello, how can I grant access to an employee so they can assign policies to others, such as annual leave, etc.?

you can find the necessary requirements for time off permissions in our help center article listed here: https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/360000038205-Permissions#01H7JEJJ6N2S4DR29J96RNKXVM.

Additionally to at least propose rights for the time off type, you also need edit rights on time off/ balance history.
