Hallo zusammen,ich hoffe, jemand von euch hat mit diesem Thema bereits Erfahrungen gesammelt.Wir nutzen in Personio einen Abwesenheitstyp "Other Paid Leave" mit dem entsprechenden Policy Template (Other paid leave | General guidance).Laut Personio wird die Abwesenheit korrekt an DATEV übermittelt – das bestätigt auch der Export. Aus Sicht von Personio scheint also alles richtig eingerichtet zu sein.Das Problem entsteht erst in DATEV: Dort führt diese Abwesenheit zu einer anteiligen Lohnkürzung, obwohl es sich ausdrücklich um eine bezahlte sonstige Freistellung handelt. Nach Rücksprache mit DATEV wurde auf Berechtigungsgrundlagen und die Berechnung anhand von Arbeitstagen verwiesen. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich die Logik dahinter nicht nachvollziehen.Daher meine Fragen an die Runde: Nutzt jemand von euch ebenfalls den Abwesenheitstyp Other Paid Leave in Kombination mit DATEV? Tritt bei euch das gleiche Verhalten auf? Gibt es eine Best Practice für die Einrichtung oder einen bekannten Wor

Hey,  we have been working with Personio for quite some time and are using the Personio Employee API to retrieve data and currently calculate a “manual” history using dbt snapshots. The reason we do it: there is currently no way (to our knowlege) to retrieve the correct history with the active / effective from dates via API.Is there any plan or idea if or when the historical employee attributes will become available in an API?Best, Friederike  PS: Using Reports for this purpose is not a scalable solution, because a human then always has to think about creating and sharing the report with the data team. This is not sustainable.  

Hi All, I am creating a new Vacation Leave time-off type with an annual entitlement of 18 days per year (January to December). When an employee joins on 6 June, the leave entitlement should be 10.5 days based on monthly proration. However, the system is assigning only 9 days.Could you please help me understand why this is happening and whether there is any configuration that needs to be adjusted?

Has anyone found a way to receive more detailed recruiting metrics from Personio? Now in the pipeline health it ’s possible to see the passthrough from Screening > Interviews > Offer. The problem is that in our case we have 4 steps inside the “Interviews ” stage, and would love to see the passthrough and time in stage from each stage to another.Has anyone found a solution?

I am wondering if anyone else is struggling with this?As I understand it, when a supervisor leaves (often leaving the business) all of the reviews they have completed for their people get discarded/archived/stay with them.  Essentially of the three people in this - the people that need the access to past reviews are the employee and the new manager. The one that doesn’t need it is the departing one.we move people around and restructure a fair bit and after many conversations it seems the ‘workaround’ is to manually save the document as a pdf.  This means all past feedback is not included in the very useful AI summary  just wondering if this is an issue for others and if we can work together to get it raised as an urgent change on the roadmap.Fiona (RDT)

We would like to automatically evaluate the audit log from Personio. To achieve this, we need a dedicated API endpoint as well as the ability to assign the corresponding permission independently of the administration permission. Are there any plans to implement this? Alternatively, we would also greatly appreciate support for logging in a SIEM environment.

 Hi Personio Community,Facing a 401 error in our Node.js app using a bearer token for authentication. Any recent changes to authentication or API endpoints - this was stable for several months in local and production (AWS).Need advice on fixing this.Thank you

Hi, As we have a flexible hybrid policy that allows employees to set their days, we need to track their in office days. We have done a workaround so far using attendance tracking “project”, this means they track how many hours they worked and add where - we have a project called: “In-office day”.However now  due to some changes we also need to use “project” to track the actual project. And its not possible to pick 2 projects. Our idea was to set up Project A In Office, Project B In Office etc... How is everyone else tracking when employees come into the office / have home office?The absence type is of course usable to but would mean another few clicks, and a whole different tab, and this would reduce how many employees do it correctly, keeping it at attendance would be much simpler for our employees… thanksNora 

 Hi everyone - We are starting to work with Personio’s API to forecast sales team capacity. Unfortunately, public holidays country calendars are not available at the moment in the API.Is there a way to duplicate the public holidays calendar as absences? to be able to import them through the API.Or is there a work around to have the absences due to public holidays per employee in the API.Let me know if you need clarifications or further information.Thanks. Hi , Can you please help because we cannot custom report on absences. Its is showing blank although in the systems report section it is showing the absences. Why is it that in the custom report it is not populating the data but in the standardized system report it is?  

Hello Personio Community,We have assigned an accrual policy for a specific department and there is around 20 employees assigned. Is it possible, in real-time, to move or swap public holiday days for each employee in their absence calendar and replace with a normal working day? , For example, the 6th of Jan is normally a bank holiday in Germany however sometimes these days need to be swapped as they need to work on such public days. We don't want to manage the public holidays policy for the whole department.

Hi all, How can I do time tracking accross diffrent time zones?Eg: I am on trip from Germany to let’s say GB and there is 1 hour time shift. How do i enter this correct in personio? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I have a question regarding the absence calendar. I started to set manually the days that our employees are entitled to have today but some of them already had some days off at the beginning of this month. So for example, if I took days off from the 3rd to the 6th of January, it will not deduct the days from the total days that I am allowed to take in 2022. It says that days taken in 2022 will start to count from today’s date (11th of Jan). Does anyone know how to change that? Please let me know. I would really appreciate it! Best,Kejsi

Hi, we have 2 locations: one in Siwtzerland and one in Poland. The Polish law is quite complicated, then it comes to the calculation of holidays (holidays on Saturdays must be compensated) and vacation. Is there anyone in this community that has already mastered successfully setting up Personio for Poland (employment contracts and B2B contracts)? Best -Nicolas
