Sharing survey results with all employees

Hello,

We have conducted our first employee survey in Personio. However, I noticed that there is no option to share the results with all survey participants at once. Currently, this seems to be possible only by creating a custom report and selecting each person manually, which is practically unfeasible in an organization with several thousand people.
Is there other way to do it?

Are you planning to introduce a feature that would allow survey results to be shared automatically with all participants? One box “Select all” would do it ;)

Currently, Personio’s survey sharing feature is designed to share results with specific individuals rather than entire teams, which is why a "Select All" option isn't available right now. I completely understand how tedious it must be to manually select each employee for a large organization like yours.

I’d strongly encourage you to submit this directly to our product team via Support > Share Feedback inside Personio. While I can't guarantee a timeline for when this feature might be implemented, feedback like yours helps shape our roadmap.
