Hey @LidiaR,
Good news — this isn't actually a "you can't combine these" limitation, so no need to give up on that report.
What's likely happening: Goal Bonus Target and Gross Annual Salary can both be reported as point-in-time or timeframe data, it's not that one is locked to one mode. The blank duplicate rows usually come from how the report is set up rather than the fields themselves — a couple of usual suspects:
- No aggregation selected on the Goal Bonus Target column (try setting it to something like "Latest value")
- The Time intervals attribute is added somewhere in the report, which splits rows per period (month/quarter etc.) even if nothing changed in that period
- The time selection at the top is set to a range instead of a single date
Easiest fix to try first: click the calendar icon and switch your time selection to a single date (e.g. Today) instead of a range. That runs everything as a clean point-in-time snapshot and should get rid of the extra blank rows.
If that doesn't do it, double check the aggregation dropdown on the Goal Bonus Target field itself — that's usually the culprit when it's a timeframe-based report.
Kind regards,
duci
