Matching Personio Recruiting API application counts with the UI

Hi everyone,

I'm working on automating recruiting reports using the Personio API.

I've successfully retrieved application data, but I'm having trouble matching the current application counts displayed in Recruiting → Applications, even when grouping by the same stage types.

Has anyone experienced similar discrepancies between the Recruiting API and the Personio interface?

I'm particularly interested in how the UI handles archived jobs, visibility permissions, and any default filters that may not be reflected in the API.

Has anyone successfully built an automated recruiting dashboard that matches the current Personio application counts? I'd appreciate any insights or best practices!
