How to set up single shared performance forms for employees and managers in Personio?

Good afternoon everybody,

I have a question in regards to performance.

It was brought to our attention that Personio now also offers a feature where employees and managers can work from the exact same form?

Example: An employee needs to set goals and fills them in, and the manager can handle both the preparation and documentation of these goals within that single form, instead of the employee and manager each having their own form.

Is this true and if so, is there a manual available where we can learn this step by step?

The functionality you are describing (employee & supervisor working together within the identical feedback form) is currently a limitation in Personio. So I am wondering where the initial information was coming from.

If your question is more focused on goals, you can learn how to create and manage goals here.

      Good morning MichiS,

      Thank you for answering my question.

      This question came from a manager that has been using Personio, she heard or read somewhere this would be possible. Maybe it could be implemented in the (near) future since it would be a very helpful feature.
