I want to pull a report to see what day people are most commonly (and least commonly) working from home.
I’ve gone as far as pulling a custom report with Home Working Days (Taken) and Home Working Days (Period) but can’t seem to sort those by days of the week.
Is there another way?
I’d appreciate any help!
Emily

Hi @EmilyG,
I also tested around a bit but was unable to find an exact solution with the current possibilties.
I would encourage you to send this feedback through the ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant product teams. You can find more information in this community post.
If there is an update in this area, you will be informed under Support > in the What’s New Page or via an in-app notification.
One workaround would be to create a report with the report builder from scratch and include time off type and time off days. You then segment the report by days and filter by the desired time off type (see screenshot for details).
The report would not show the weekday but would show who entered Home office on each day of e.g. a month. The weekday could be added within an export.
I understand the workaround includes manual input and is thus not ideal. That’s why I would encourage you to submit your feedback directly to our product team as I think this might be helpful to others as well.
I haven’t been able to find a way to report on absence by day unfortunately.
It’s definitely a gap in the AI-generated (or even non-AI generated!) trend data available - ‘have you noticed that X% of your employees' sickness absences are on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon?’ or in your case ‘have you noticed 100% of your employees work from home on Fridays?’.
I tried asking the AI Assistant to extract this data in a couple of different ways, with no success.
