API Absence without ABsence Type (DSGVO)

I am trying to use the API to automate canccelation of meetings if a coworker is absent.

Since we operate in germany, we need to be very sensitive with data and i am not allowed to use/see the absence type of my coworkers.

Is there a way to get access to the absences api without seeing the absence type?

    There is an Endpoint called in the UI which gives me the Absences (At least Day Off, Home Office and Birthday).
    But i do not know how to get credentials to call this from a backend service.
