Can I add a Comment on Time-off request Rejection

The title sums it up quite well.

 

If employee makes paid vacation request, but for one reason or another I have to reject the request, I want to add an comment why was it rejected. 

Is it possible to do? 

If yes→ let me know

If No→ Why and will Personio look into that :)

Hi ​@Mihkel Lokk I am affraid, that currently it is not possible to add a comment explaining why a paid vacation request was rejected in Personio. It would definitely be a useful feature, and we can submit this suggestion to Personio as feedback at any time. I hope, it answers your questions. Have a lovely afternoon and bests

Hi ​@Mihkel Lokk, so far this is not possible. I was actually looking for this option as well a few days ago. 🙃 Not sure if this is on the roadmap though
