Hello, Is there a way to consolidate all the reminders (eg. hire date) of the month or a week into a single reminder/email notification instead of sending out individual email notifications?

Thanks, Nameeta

Hi Nameeta,

for the moment it is not possible to have a consolidated notification mail for reminders. Currently, notifications for reminders are sent out case by case. Within your personal settings, you are able to deactivate mails for reminders overall.

We are always happy to receive all your product feedback! The best way to forward product feedback is by using our newly implemented help & feedback area down left in the product. Within the feedback area, you can post all your wishes and improvement ideas that you have for our product. This area is closely monitored by our product team and a new and improved way for us to process and act on new feature requests.

All the best

Michael

Hi - I couldn’t find an answer to this, but agree it would be a great function to have!

Hopefully one of the lovely Personio support team will be able to answer this one 😊
