Delete Sick Leave by the Employee

Hi, 

As the HR I’d like to receive a request for deletion on Sick Leave that has already been fully approved.  I’ve seen a later deletion by an employee without anyone’s approval.

Someone may come along and correct me on this… but I don’t believe there is an approval process for deleting approved absences.

The Supervisor will get an email from Personio if a direct report deletes a previously-approved absence - but even then, it’s more confirmation of a completed action than an ‘approval’.
