Does Personio change time zones while working in a different time zone?

Personio does not automatically adjust time zones based on your current location. The timezone is determined by the office setting in your employee profile (e.g., Europe/Berlin) and remains the same regardless of where you're logging in from.

So when you're on a business trip in a different time zone, Personio will continue to display and record all times in your home office timezone. 

The simplest approach is to keep logging your hours in your home office timezone as usual. That way your records stay consistent and there's no need to convert between time zones.
