Entra Integration per business unit

Hi,

we have an enterprise subscription and maintain Personio from a holding perspective for our business units. All those business units are independent registered businesses and most important for this case, their own Azure tenant.

I would now like to synchronize to the correct Azure tenant during on- and off-boarding. How can I achieve this?

You can do this using Make.

Automated identity provisioning is one of the most common use-cases for Make and Personio.

Make has prebuilt connectors for over 1700 different SaaS solutions, including Personio and Microsoft Entra ID.

Thx David for offering an alternative. I am not keen to add another subscription on top of our Enterprise agreement, to be honest.

So pushing the ball back to the community and Personio support - how can I achieve this with onboard tools? A simple filter/scope on top of the current integration would already do the trick.

    Do each business unit have their own Personio company ID? Please do not share the Id in this message for security reasons.

    I have just searched through the forums and assume that the Personio ID is similar to a customer number.

    I don’t think, that both companies have their own ID because they are registered as legal entities in our Enterprise subscription (Settings → Legal entities).

    All three legal entities (our holding plus two separate legal entities) require their own SCIM/SSO since the tenants are split.
