Hello, I saw discussions about having exit interview survey or template in Personio 2 years ago and wanted to know the update. We were thinking of something more interactive like the performance reviews so that we don’t have to upload and download documents but employee can fill the form and then during the actual meeting we will be able to edit it. Is it possible?

for Personio Surveys we recently added an automation to send an exit survey to leavers (you can also add a check so that only regretted attrition gets the survey). It’s probably not a 100% match to the process you describe, but should help with the “gathering leaver input”-step to your process.
