Are you looking for best practices of other companies on which questions you are asking or how they build it with the offboarding-feature in Personio?

I have the same question. We call it an exit interview but we have a form that the employee must complete. We were going to use the performance area to attempt to create a template that the employee who is leaving could complete. Curious if anyone else uses an exit interview and if so are you doing this through personio?
