Hi everyone!

 

Is there a possibility to export the comments from the absences? 🔍

For example:

01.04.2023; Special leave; Comment: Wedding

Hey @sabrina.refurbed 

You can pull the absence comments from Personio using our company data export option. Unfortunately there is no way within Personio at the moment to create a Custom Report that could export the comments. 

If this would be beneficial to your organization, I would kindly ask you to submit this feedback within our Ideation Area for consideration by our Product Team 😃

Thanks for the feedback! I thought so.

Currently we only need it once, so the data export should be sufficient at the moment. 😊
