gibt es eine Möglichkeit, ALLE Daten (inkl. PDFs) aller Kandidaten/Bewerber zu einer bestimmten Stellenanzeige zu exportieren? Vielen Dank im Voraus.

is there any possibility to export ALL data (incl. PDFs) of all candidates/applicants to one specific job advert? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately we don’t have this option as workaround you can pull out his data by following the next steps:
For the data per job advert: go to Recruiting > Applications > Export > Select all the fields you would like to export, once the excel is exported you can filter all application data of a certain job.
For the documents: unfortunately the documents are grouped per candidates instead of per job advert. In the Company export you will find a folder with all the application documents per candidate. You will find them back in the folder Documents > Employees > relevant candidate > folder: Application documents.
I would encourage you to send this idea/feedback/suggestion through the new ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant product teams. You can find more information in this community post.
If there is an update in this area, you will be informed through our Personio Product Updates or via an in-app notification.

Dear Sofia and thank you for you swift response.
Indeed, I need an export of documents not PER CANDAIDATE but PER JOB ADVERT!
In our current case, we have >2k applicants and want to have the Documents downloaded once.
Hope to find a solution out there or a hint for PERSONIO to develop such export.
