Hello everyone, we would like to know if it is possible to change the colors of the traffic light scale in the feedback template. We also noticed that a feedback provider unfortunately cannot use our preset templates when asked for feedback by an employee. Is there a solution for this?

Unfortunately we don’t have the option to change the colours in the feedback template.
Regarding your question on not having the possibility for the feedback provider to use a preset template when asked for feedback. Unfortunately we don’t have the option to chose from a template when someone is asked for feedback through “Request feedback”.
I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
In case another user has shared this suggestion for improvement you can always vote for it.
