German version of gender variables?

The variables in the linked Helpcenter Article are just examples.
The placeholders for the gender variables are fully customizable and simply work with the principle ||Male|female|diverse|undefined||.
So every time you select e.g. in an employee profile female as gender, Personio will take the second option of your gender variable. 

To give you specific examples, you can always write the words as you want them to be like:

||Dear Mr|Dear Ms|Dear Mx|Dear Mx||

||He|she|they|they||

||Herr|Frau|Guten Tag|Guten Tag||

||er|sie|sie*er|sie*er||

Theoretically, you could also do something like:

Dear ||apple|strawberry|pineapple|banana|| we really like to invite you to an interview.

Personio will create the following sentence in case you select diverse as a gender:

Dear pineapple we really like to invite you to an interview.

Personio will choose the wording you are using between the lines.
