How can you perform an HR audit on Personio?

Hi Personio community!

 

I was wondering if a) it’s possible to conduct an HR audit through Personio, if so how? And b) What sort of reports have you found to help you conduct an audit?

From this post I understand it is more of a topic of conversation, but I wanted to provide you with guides on our Reports that may be very useful in regards to audits:

Additionally, we also have the use of our Company Data Export, which allows you to export all company data from your Personio account. Another tool which may be beneficial in conducting a HR audit.
