How to edit the list of termination types

Hi community!


How can that list below (mentioned with red) edited?
There’s some unnecessary options and some needed are missing, and can’t find any instructions for it.

The list of termination types is not editable on the moment. Another user has posted a suggestion for improvement on the ideation area about this feature:
