How to Get Detailed Hiring Efficiency Metrics

Has anyone found a way to receive more detailed recruiting metrics from Personio? 

Now in the pipeline health it ’s possible to see the passthrough from Screening > Interviews > Offer. The problem is that in our case we have 4 steps inside the “Interviews ” stage, and would love to see the passthrough and time in stage from each stage to another.

Has anyone found a solution?

You have stumbled across a limitation in our recruiting metrics. It is not possible to pull a report on how many days an applicant spent in a stage. You are only able to look it up per applicant > overview but this is not scalable, tbh.

Please raise your feedback via support > share feedback inside Personio. If and when the feature is going to be implemented cannot be determined atm.
