How to invite someone to personio without giving them access to the organization structure

I have found this post from another Community member on a similar topic: On and Off-boarding Access rights.

You can restrict what information your new joiners have access to through Access rights. Access rights are set through Employee roles in Personio, Settings > People > Employee roles. All new employee profiles are automatically added to the All employees role. Therefore, you should set the Access rights in the All employees role to reflect the access that new joiners will have. 

I would recommend creating a new Employee role and adding everyone currently in the All employees role to the newly created role. Then, you can revoke Access rights to employee data from the All employees role. New joiners will initially only be part of the All employees role and will have limited Access rights until you decide to add them to the new Employee role with additional access.
