Incorrect Start and End dates for Employees showing in Personio

Hello,

 

I have noticed employee start and end dates appearing incorrectly in Personio. For example, if someone’s start date was set as January 01, I would see it appear as December 31. Is there any fix for this?

that sounds like an unintended product behavior. If the issue is still occurring, it might be best to open a support request for our support teams to have a look.

Can you please send us a screenshot of what you are describing ? 
Is the start date the attribute “Hire Date” ?

    Yes, it is the attribute type “Hire Date” and if the employee has been terminated, then the termination date as well. Both seem to be incorrect, showing one day behind.

     

    I believe this error may be due to my own personal timezone being in the US as my colleagues in Europe do see the correct dates.
