Internal Job postings

Welcome to the Personio Community 🎉

Currently, we do not have a dedicated feature for managing internal Job positions and Applicants. One possibility would be to create internal Job positions but then not publish them, so that they will not be visible on the Career page.
 
Internal employees could then send their applications to your companies Personio recruiting email address for applicants or your own Career recruiting email if a SMTP and redirection has been set up, these emails will then end up in the Unassigned Messages Recruiting Inbox as seen below:
 

 
Those email applications could then be processed and assigned to the (unpublished) internal job openings. That way, at least the application management could be carried out within Personio. However, you would need some medium to inform your internal employees about the open internal positions so that they know of them and can apply for them by submitting their applications to your career email address.

If you would like for it to be able to put this idea for specific functionality for this purpose then I would like to encourage you to post this suggestion of improvement in our ideation area where our product team are able to review ideas for new functionality. They can then potentially include them in future updates to the softwares functionality. 

In order for us to fully understand your idea, I have included a couple of questions that your description should clarify when posting in the ideation area: 

• What would you like to achieve with Personio?  What issue do you need to solve?
• Why? What would be the added value for you? 
• How are you solving it right now? 

The more details, the better! However, remember not to share any personal or business data with the public.
