Is anyone using the Performance Cycles for Quarterly/6 Monthly performance reviews?

Hi there! We’re looking into setting up performance cycles on Personio so we can have performance reviews all in one place. We’re hoping to have 2 different cycles: Quarterly & 6 Monthly. This would mean that employees and managers would get notification to fill out feedback every 3 months/6 months. From the playing around I’ve done so far it seems like we can set deadlines but the cycles do not automatically repeat after the deadline?

Hi @seaweedpeople,

Yes you’re right, unfortunately we cannot setup an automatically repeat after the deadline, but we do have the possibility to duplicate a Cycle, so you won’t have to fill in everything all over again when creating a new one. 

This you can do by going to Performance & Development > Cycles > Relevant Cycle > Duplicate.
