Is it possible to add an information balloon to explain fields?

Hello! We would like to ask our employees permission to make and share pictures and videos for internal use. So we added a permission box in their Personio account. We would like to add a bit more information about the check-box than only a few words. Is it possible to add an Information “cloud” or balloon to a field? That if you click it, a text pops open and you can read the explenation. Thanks!!

This isn’t something that is currently possible in Personio. 

 

For new starters, you could add this as a box to be filled in as part of the onboarding workflow and have a text box in the same onboarding step explaining what the box is for. 

 

For existing employees you could send an email or add an announcement to the homepage to state you are adding the permission box and what it is for.

    Paula, your idea is quite similar as one that was proposed some time ago.
