Linking the performance reviews to the employees

Good morning,

I am looking to find out how I link the performance reviews we have created to our employees? Specific to cycle dates?

I can not see the performance option on my dashboard?

Hi @Pamela Sawers,

Are you using the new Performance & Development Package?
Then the Admins can find the Performance & Development > Performance Cycle Button on the left navigation bar.

Here you find, explained in detail, how you can manage a cycle.
First you need to create a cycle, prepare the feedback forms and choose the employees who are in the cycle. As soon as the cycle is started, the employees get an email and can see the open review requests in the tab Performance & Development on the left sidebar.

In case you do not have the package yet, please reach out to your Growth Manager. :)
