HI there,
I am looking for help in pulling a list of employees overtime balances (their total balance, not just what they accrued during the current month) and have not been successful in generating this.
Does anyone have a tip for me?

In order to obtain the overall overtime balance of your employees, you can go to the Employee list and click on the three dots on the upper right corner of this page. Further, choose the column Overtime balance:
This shows the overall overtime balance of your employees 😊.
