We need to upload the generated PDF document of the time record monthly, as it's a legal requirement. Is there a way to upload the documents in bulk? We've tried saving them with Idemployee_name_firstname_category_date, but it doesn't work; it asks us to validate them one by one. Has anyone managed to do this? How?

I usually name the documents similarly with “firstname_lastname_document name_date” and have no issues uploading them in bulk.
What do you mean exactly when you say validate them one by one?
