New payroll redesign

I just saw the new redesign of the payroll section, however I cannot view any of my other entities. I can now only see our headquarters and cannot find the button to change to the other entities and approve those payrolls anymore. Does someone know where the button went? :)

Hi @Willemijn Leijs,

To be able to view the different entities, you have to enable the Legal entity function. I guess, in your configuration, in Settings > Company > Company information, the Legal entity functions enabled is set to 'No' and this should have been set to ‘Yes’.

Once you set this to 'Yes', you will see in the top left the option to filter the view:

Please be ware that enabling the Legal entities means that the Payroll will automatically be grouped by Subcompanies (i.e. Legal Entities). This is also retroactive. So any Payroll from the past will also be grouped by Subcompany and they will re-open. If you have completed the previous payrolls with your tax advisor and everyone involved in the payroll, this should be fine. You just have to take into consideration that your previous Payrolls will appear as being 'Open'.
