have you checked out the “Insights” tab already within the Recruiting module? 😊 I’m not really involved in recruiting but I do get a lot of data from there myself for our internal KPI’s.

Yes, I already checked the “Insights” tab and, whilst there is some useful information there, it only has 1 preset report for offer acceptance rate that cannot be changed in any meaningful way, and it’s not possible to dive deeper into the data.

For example, I would like either:

(1) clicking on one part of the data should expand into a new pane which shows which candidates profiles are contributing to that data, OR
(2) an overview candidate by candidate, OR
(3) an export feature so I can see this data in a spreadsheet

But unfortunately I have not found out how to do this. So, all we get is a very basic insight into overall offer acceptance rate.

Thanks for letting me know that it’s not possible :) tbh I won’t hold my breath that it will get updated soon, as there are still basic issues with messaging candidates that haven’t been fixed for over a year.

Do you know if it’s possible to see the product roadmap for recruiting?

I’m not aware of published roadmaps. Maybe ​@Moe knows something? :-) Actually, that would be a cool ad-on and feature to the community 🙃
