People to celebrate

I am new to Personio and want to understand how I can get the entire business to be able to se anniversaries in the people to celebrate home page without sharing the permissions to HR Information.  I have done the calendar one but this is not then showing.

Hi ​@Christine Chilton,

  • Go to Settings > Employee Roles and select the "All employees" role
  • In the Personal data section, grant the following permissions:
    • Public profile > View > All
    • Select the section where the "Start date" attribute is located > View
  • In the Calendars section, enable the "Start date" calendar

You mentioned that you don’t want all employees having access to HR information, that’s of course understandable.  The only workaround for this that I currently can think of is if you move the “Hire date” attribute to i.e. the public profile.
