Private recruiting comments?

Hi!

Is it by any chance possible to share comments with only certain employees or employees with certain recruitment roles? For more sensitive information, it would be great if only the hiring manager and the recruiter could have a shared comment in Personio regarding e.g. the candidate’s salary expectations.

it is possible to give only a certain group of people access to the comment tab of a candidate. You can do so via the Recruiting Roles. 

I think you are asking for a differentiation of the comments, right?

It is not possible to share specific comments only with one employee, the comments will always be visible to everyone who has access to the comments of a candidate.

This could be a great idea for our Ideation area!
