Public holidays calendars API

Hi everyone - We are starting to work with Personio’s API to forecast sales team capacity. Unfortunately, public holidays country calendars are not available at the moment in the API.

Is there a way to duplicate the public holidays calendar as absences? to be able to import them through the API.

Or is there a work around to have the absences due to public holidays per employee in the API.

Regarding your inquiry: You’re right, there is currently no option to retrieve public holidays via our API. Unfortunately there is also no workaround for this. 

This is a great feedback for our product teams though! Please share this idea within our product-internal feedback area that you find in the support-space. :)

Thank you for your answer. Is it possible to get a list of the public holidays Personio use in their calendar or the source of them? 

That way I can upload them manually.
