Report for Break hours by employee per month

Hi all, 

 

I am trying to extract a report from Personio to illustrate all break hours taken by per employee per month. Is this possible ? Could some one help please ?

Hey @Rukmani Mahapatra,

Welcome to the Personio Community 😀

You can pull data regarding employee breaks by using our Attendance Periods System Report. This can be accessed through Reports > System Reports > Attendance Periods. 

Within the set up you can set a specified time frame to allow you to pull this information on a monthly basis. Additionally, it also allows you to filter using attributes if you want to pull this data for specific employees.
