Dear Community,
I am not sure whether this question has already been adressed but I am looking to create a report of Recurring compensations and bonuses. We use this tab to track our yearly goal bonuses - for all employees. However, we have over 10 countries, and all of them have different currencies accordingly.
I am wondering if it is possible to get a report/an overview of all goal bonuses per person.

You can pull a custom report for this.
With a Timeframe custom report, the following columns are available for Goal attributes:
If the Performance and Development application is not used, you will be able to use a Goal bonus but it won't be linked to a Goal.
The amount will have to be entered in the Salary tab of the employee to be confirmed:
